I build custom handles.  I do not forge or make blades. I purchase blades from all over the world and craft custom knife handles for them.  In many cases, I can rehandle your existing knives. Contact me with questions and ideas!

I started building custom knife handles over 10 years ago. I have produced over 400 handles so far... and climbing.  I also have over 20 year experience in professional kitchens.  I use these knives everyday on my life.  I personally check the feel and balance of these knives the whole time I work on them.

Your handle will take time to produce.  Each one is fully hand crafted with materials purchased from all over the world.  I promise your knife will be extra special and one of a kind.  When you design a knife for yourself, I will never reproduce it for someone else.  Knives purchased through Etsy or this page will be labeled are one of a kind or mass production knives.
